- 2 AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE That various sections throughout Chapters 251 to 291 of the Air Pollution Control Code are amended and repealed as enacted or amended by various ordinances; supplementing new sections throughout those chapters; and enacting new Chapters 266, 268 and 299 of the Air Pollution Control Code relating to fugitive emissions, indoor air quality and penalties.
- 3 AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE Authorizing the Director of Public Health to enter into one or more agreements with The Ohio State University, East 66th Street Services Inc and other entities to support the administration of the City of Cleveland’s community gardening program known as the “Summer Sprout Community Gardening program”, for a period of one year with an option to renew for an additional one-year term, exercisable by the Director of Public Health.
