AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE That various sections throughout Chapters 251 to 291 of the Air Pollution Control Code are amended and repealed as enacted or amended by various ordinances; supplementing new sections throughout those chapters; and enacting new Chapters 266, 268 and 299 of the Air Pollution Control Code relating to fugitive emissions, indoor air quality and penalties.
