- 55 AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE Authorizing the Director of Capital Projects to enter into one or more agreements with the Board of Park Commissioners of the Cleveland Metropolitan Park District regarding a City contribution of funding to implement the Old Lorain Connector Trail; and authorizing the Director to accept the donation of a temporary easement from Metroparks for a period of ten years located within the project area for the purpose of implementing the project.

- 59 AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE To amend the title of Ordinance No. 643-2024, passed July 10, 2024 and to supplement the ordinance by adding new Sections 2a and 2b relating to designing and constructing, rehabilitating, renovating, replacing or otherwise improving recreation facilities, ancillary recreation buildings, parks playgrounds, and other similar structures or amenities on City-owned and City-leased properties, including site improvements and appurtenances.

- 65 AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE Authorizing the Director of Capital Projects to issue one or more permits to the Cuyahoga County Department of Public Works to encroach into the public rights-of-way of East 156th Street and Shore Acres Drive installing, using and maintaining a 10’-wide asphalt multi-purpose trail.
- 66 AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE Authorizing the Director of Capital Projects to issue a permit to Fundamental Parking, LLC to encroach into the public right-of-way of Scranton Road by installing, using and maintaining the foundation and northern building wall of the Cleveland Clinic Global Peak Performance Center.

- 75 AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE Authorizing the Director of Public Works to enter into one or more contracts without competitive bidding with Excellance, Inc. to provide repair and maintenance services to an ambulance vehicle currently under warranty with Excellance Inc., for the Division of Motor Vehicle Maintenance, Department of Public Works.
- 76 AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE Authorizing the Mayor and the Commissioner of Purchases and Supplies to acquire and re-convey properties presently owned by Shoreway Tower LLC, and/or its designee, located at 1200 West 76th Street, Cleveland, OH 44102 for the purpose of entering into the chain-of-title prior to the adoption of tax increment financing legislation authorized under Section 5709.41 of the Revised Code for the Shoreway Tower, LLC Project.
- 77 AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE Authorizing the Director of Public Health to enter into one or more contracts with various agencies and entities to provide MomsFirst services to women at risk of poor birth outcomes for a period of one year.
- 78 AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE Authorizing the Director of Public Works to contract with one or more consultants or firms of consultants to provide professional services to manage the nuisance abatement process for vacant and occupied structures within the City of Cleveland, for a period up to one year.
- 79 AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE Authorizing the Director of Public Works to execute a joint use agreement, and other required documents, to permit the Greek Garden Association of Cleveland Inc. to install a natural stone frieze at the Greek Cultural Garden and to accept funding from the Ohio Department of Natural Resources for this purpose.

- 82 AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE Authorizing the Directors of Capital Projects and/or Public Works, as appropriate, to enter into a Joint Sponsorship Agreement with the Cities of Shaker Heights and Cleveland Heights regarding City-owned property jointly located in both cities necessary for the cities to file a grant application for funding under the Ohio Department of Natural Resources Land and Water Conservation Fund Grant Program.
