AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE Authorizing the Directors of Economic Development and/or Building and Housing to apply for and accept a Brownfields Remediation Program Grant from the Ohio Department of Development demolition, asbestos and waste removal, site remediation, and other necessary services needed for future redevelopment of the former National Acme site, located at 170 and 221 East 130th Street; and authorizing the Director to enter into one or more contracts with the Cuyahoga County Land Reutilization Corp. to manage and implement the grant.
