AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE To provide for the transfer and amendment to the General Fund appropriations in the amount of Eleven Million Nine Hundred Twenty Seven Thousand Dollars ($11,927,000), Three Million Four Hundred Fifteen Thousand Dollars ($3,415,000) within the Special Revenue Fund, Two Million Seven Hundred Thousand Dollars ($2,700,000) within the Major Enterprise Fund, Seventy Five Thousand Dollars ($75,000) within the Small Enterprise Fund, and One Hundred Fifty Five Thousand Dollars ($155,000) within the Internal Service Fund.
