AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE To make additional appropriations of Five Million Dollars ($5,000,000) to the General Fund, One Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($150,000) to the Internal Service Fund, and Two Hundred Twenty Thousand Dollars ($220,000) to the Small Enterprise Fund.
