- 36 AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE Authorizing the Director of Parks and Recreation to enter into a contract with the Northeast Ohio Muni Football League aka Cleveland Municipal Football Association dba Cleveland Muni Football League to conduct a city-wide youth football program.
- 37 AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE Authorizing the purchase and/or rental by one or more requirement contracts of machines, equipment, supplies and parts needed to repair, replace, refurbish, maintain, upfit, and enhance vehicles, equipment, and machines, including labor, materials, installation, training, inspections, and related services, for the various divisions of the Department of Port Control, for a period of one year, with three one-year options to renew, exercisable by the Director of Port Control.
- 38 AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE Authorizing the Director of Finance, on behalf of the Office of Prevention, Intervention, and Opportunity, to enter into an amendment to Contract No. PS 2024-86 with Youth Opportunities Unlimited, to increase contract funds to recruit up to an additional 150 youth applicants and to hire four additional job coaches for 2025 and to exercise the renewal option.

- 40 AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE Authorizing the Director of Port Control to enter into various written standard and requirement contracts for the purchase, lease, or lease with option to purchase, of various on-road vehicles, apparatus, and off-road equipment, cabs, bodies, and accessories, equipment, and other aftermarket items necessary to equip the vehicles authorized for their intended purposes, including vehicle rehabilitation, training, and inspections, as needed, for the Department of Port Control, for a period of one year, with a one-year option to renew, exercisable by the Director of Port Control.
- 41 AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE To amend the first whereas clause, the title, and Sections 1 and 5 of Ordinance No. 647-2024, passed June 3, 2024, relating to agreements with the Cleveland Cavaliers, or its designee, for improving Public Auditorium to allow the Cleveland Charge to conduct and host league basketball games; and to supplement the ordinance relating to parking.

- 44 AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE To amend Section 2 of Ordinance No. 1061-2024, passed March 3, 2025, relating to the establishment of the North Coast Waterfront New Community Authority, defining the boundary, and appointing members.
- 45 AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE Authorizing the Mayor and the Commissioner of Purchases and Supplies to acquire and re-convey properties presently owned by JSAACC LLC, and/or its designee, located at 7515 Cedar Avenue for the purpose of entering into the chain-of-title prior to the adoption of tax increment financing legislation authorized under Section 5709.41 of the Revised Code for the African Town Plaza Project.

- 54 AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE Authorizing the Director of Capital Projects and/or City Planning to enter into one or more contracts with Svona Studio LLC, Lauren HB Studio and Kistler Studio LLC for professional services necessary for the design, production, and installation of three yet-to-be designed public artwork installations at the renovated Clark Recreation Center, the renovated Sterling Recreation Center, and the new Fire Station No. 26.
- 55 AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE Authorizing the Director of Public Works to enter into an amendment to Contract No. MA1505-RC 2022-32 with Lorain County Landfill, LLC, to add additional services for the handling and disposal of solid waste loads.
- 56 AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE Authorizing the Director of Capital Projects to employ one or more professional consultants for the preliminary design, the final design, and construction services relating to rehabilitation of the Carter Road Lift Bridge; to apply for and accept any gifts, grants, or loans from the appropriate State of Ohio department or other public or private entity or agency for the rehabilitation of the Carter Road Lift Bridge.

- 58 AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE Authorizing the Director of Public Works to enter into one or more agreements with the State of Ohio, Department of Transportation, to provide services necessary for general routine maintenance and repair of a portion of State Route 176, for a period or periods not to exceed a total of two years.
- 59 AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE Determining the method of making the public improvement for the grinding of pavement for the local resurfacing of city streets and authorizing the Director of Public Works to enter into one or more public improvement requirement contracts for the making of the improvement, for a period up to one year, with two one-year options to renew, exercisable by the Director of Public Works.

- 62 AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE Approving the addition of certain property located at 2164-2214 West 25th Street to the Northeast Ohio Advanced Energy District; accepting and approving a petition and plan from a property owner in the District identifying a special energy improvement project; declaring it necessary to conduct the special energy improvement project; providing for the assessment of the cost of such special energy improvement project; authorizing the Director of Economic Development to enter into a Cooperative Agreement and a Special Assessment Agreement to implement the project; and declaring an emergency.
- 63 AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE To amend Section 2 of Ordinance No. 75-2024, passed April 15, 2024, relating to professional services of providing emergency medical billing services, coding, reimbursement and compliance services.

- 69 AN EMERGENCY RESOLUTION Supporting National Colorectal Cancer Awareness Month and declaring the month of March as Colorectal Cancer Awareness Month annually in the City of Cleveland to help raise awareness and encourage people to begin colon cancer screening at age 45 as recommended by the American Cancer Society.
- 70 AN EMERGENCY RESOLUTION Strongly encouraging the Cleveland Metropolitan School District to install school bus stop-arm safety cameras that will capture drivers who fail to stop when the bus stop-arm is out and pass school buses that are loading and unloading children.
