AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE Authorizing the Director of Capital Projects to employ one or more professional consultants for the preliminary design, the final design, and construction services relating to rehabilitation of the Carter Road Lift Bridge; to apply for and accept any gifts, grants, or loans from the appropriate State of Ohio department or other public or private entity or agency for the rehabilitation of the Carter Road Lift Bridge.
