AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE Authorizing the Director of Human Resources to employ one or more professional services to administer the City’s employee assistance program and to provide necessary training to various City departments, on an as-needed basis for a one-year period, with three one-year options to renew, exercisable by the Director of Human Resources.
