AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE To repeal various sections of Chapter 365 and 240 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Cleveland, 1976, as amended by various ordinances; to supplement the Codified Ordinances by enacting new Sections 365.01 through 365.10, 240.05 through 240.08, all related to lead safe certificate program, lead safety, and various civil penalties; and to repeal Section 7 of Ordinance No. 747-2019, passed July 24, 2019.
