ORDER concurring with Resolution 04152026-02 of the Harrison County Development Commission authorizing and approving the exchange of lands with Mississippi Power Company, such lands more particularly described in exhibits “A” and “B”, in accordance with the Land Exchange Agreement attached hereto as exhibit “C”; and requesting the Harrison County Board of Supervisors to concur in this Resolution and to join in the Land Exchange Agreement of said Real Property pursuant to the Quitclaim Deeds attached hereto as exhibits “D” and “E”.
