Motion to authorize the City Attorney's Office to accept the sum of $4,308.46 from and/or on behalf of Darmie Magee (per Restitution Order from Long Beach Municipal Court), in settlement of the City of Gulfport's claim for property damage arising out of an incident that occurred on December 17, 2024, when Darmie Magee damaged a City vehicle (GPD Unit 4053), and that the City Attorney's Office be authorized to agree to negotiate and approve a schedule of periodic payments to be made to fully satisfy this $4,308.46 amount over a period of time not to exceed 15 months, and on the terms and conditions approved by the City Attorney's Office with the agreement that violations of this schedule and attendant agreements will cause the entire remaining sum to become immediately due and payable plus costs and interest and other fees for collections,
4. Resolution - approving award to and Contract with Eddie Pearson Roofing, LLC, in connection with the VA Laundry Re-Roof Project, and for related purposes.
5. <span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Resolution - approving Lighting Services - Standard Lease Agreement with Mississippi Power Company for LED Solar Lighting Services at the Clower Thornton Nature Trail, and for related purposes.
