- 11. The City Council considers approval of Resolution eliminating the current 2 a.m. - 6 a.m. parking restriction on 1st St. W and 2nd St. W from Lincoln St. (Cty 43) to the west except for in-front of Non-St. Olaf owned private residences and a no parking around the 2nd St W Cul-de-Sac.
- 12. The City Council requests Rice County to Change Parking Restrictions on County Road 43 (Lincoln St) from Greenvale Ave to Forest Ave to allow parking on the West Side of County Road 43 and restrict the east side of County Road 43 from 2 a.m. to 6 a.m.
- 13. Consideration of a Preliminary 2027 General Fund Budget and Establishing a Date and Time for the Public Hearing.
