The City Council considers approval of Resolution eliminating the current 2 a.m. - 6 a.m. parking restriction on 1st St. W and 2nd St. W from Lincoln St. (Cty 43) to the west except for in-front of Non-St. Olaf owned private residences and a no parking around the 2nd St W Cul-de-Sac.
