6. 4 A MOTION was made by Commissioner Olafson to APPROVE the March 10, 2026 meeting minutes. The MOTION was SECONDED by Commissioner Kirschmann and CARRIED by a vote of 5-0-1 Commissioner Benedict abstained from voting.
