11. 8 A. The office of Head Start issued a new version of their performance standards and rules. The new version is looking to remove some main aspects that made-up what Head Start revolves around and its essential properties.
12. 9 1. This version is currently open for public opinion until October. Please feel free to reach out with your thoughts.
13. 10 B. Head Start is still waiting for the Change Of Scope to be approved since January.
