Committee recommends sustaining the Zoning Board of Appeals’ approval for a Special Use Permit for a Single-Room Occupancy consisting of twenty (20) single-room bedrooms with shared living, kitchen and common space in a C-3, General Commercial Zoning District at 2520 North Main Street (Nathan Erb for Otis Estate LLC/Applicant). Committee recommends approval of the Rockford Police Department Trunk or Treat Event This event is scheduled to take place on October 29th from 6 p.m. - 8 p.m. (road closures will begin at 5 p.m.). The event will be held in the RPS 205 Administration Building Parking Lot, located at 501 7th Street. 26-01127 Approved by committee Pass

Committee recommends denial of the Earthrise 815 Sustainability Conference request to waive parking fees in an estimated amount of $8,500.00 This event is scheduled to take place on November 6th from 8 a.m. - 6 p.m. The event location will be at the Embassy Suites Conference Center, 416 South Main Street. 26-01128 Denial by committee Fail
9. 3. Committee recommends approval of the Festival of Lights The light display will be located at Sinnissippi Park, 1401 North 2nd Street.
