- 9 Mr. Bragg stated the August 18, 2026, minutes regarding item #26-LTAB-025 should be amended as Antony Jacob is not the property owner but the Lessee of the property. A MOTION was made by Craig Sockwell to APPROVE August 18, 2026, meeting minutes as amended. The motion was SECONDED by Tim Bragg and CARRIED by a vote of 4-0-2 with Tom Fabiano and Kristine Geddes abstaining.
