Committee recommends approval of the allocation of funding in the amount of $353,502.76 for the Community Healing Center to provide trauma-informed services to youth impacted by violence in Rockford. The funding will support operations from October 1, 2026 through September 30, 2027. The funding source is reallocated ARPA dollars from Excel Center and Corridor Signage.
