Committee recommends approval of an Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) between the City of Rockford and the Board of Education of the Rockford Public Schools, District No. 205 (RPS 205) for Summerdale Early Childhood Center services for the 2026-2027 school year. The agreement is from July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027. The funding source is Head Start Grant Funds.
