APPROVE a CONTRACT with COLOR-AD, INC., for the DOWNTOWN WAYFINDING SIGNS PROJECT, in the Amount of $620,603.00, with an Additional Authorization of $62,397.00 (10%) for Contingencies, for a Total Amount of $683,000.00; and, B. ADOPT an ORDINANCE Amending the City of Peoria 2022-2023 BIENNIAL BUDGET to Allocate $150,000.00 from Capital Funds for the DOWNTOWN WAYFINDING SIGNS PROJECT.
