ADOPT an ORDINANCE Amending the City of Peoria 2022 - 2023 BIENNIAL BUDGET relating to the Use of LOCAL MOTOR FUEL (LMFT) FUND BALANCE to Provide for Interim Repairs at ORANGE PRAIRE ROAD from WAR MEMORIAL DRIVE to CHARTER OAK ROAD, in the Amount of $200,000.00; (Council District 5) and C. ADOPT an ORDINANCE Amending the City of Peoria 2022 - 2023 BIENNIAL BUDGET Relating to the Use of Stormwater Utility Fund Balance to Provide for Interim Repairs at ORANGE PRAIRE ROAD from WAR MEMORIAL DRIVE to CHARTER OAK ROAD, in the Amount of $150,000.00; (Council District 5) and D. APPROVE Change Order #1 for a $2,000,000.00 Extension of the HMA OVERLAY CONTRACT - 2021 with R.A. CULLINAN & SON, and to Authorize the City Manager to Execute the Change Order to Add $2,000,000 to the Budget, for a Total Budget Amount of $2,749,719.92 (See Item No. 21-262).
