  30. H. Sanitary Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) Inspection and Cleaning, Final Balancing Change Order No. 2 Reflecting a decrease to the contract with SewerTech LLC in the amount of $54,838.57. Resolution to Renew a Contract with Urban SDK for Five (5) Years to Provide Traffic Analytics Services The Police Department is seeking board approval to renew its agreement with UrbanSDK for traffic analytics software services. The Department is currently operating under a one (1) year agreement expiring on November 10th, 2025. The cost of the 5-year renewal agreement will be as follows: Year 1 - $25,235, Year 2 - $25,992, Year 3 - $26,772, Year 4 - $27,575,Year 5 - $28,402 for a total cost of $133,976 over the five years. 260341
  32. I-2. Downtown Gateway Project Award of a contract to Landmark Contractors, Inc., the lowest responsible bidder of four (4) bids received, in an amount not to exceed $318,000.00. The Village developed a bid document that sought pricing for each portion of the project (east and west side). This contract would be for the west side only at this time. The gateway elements to be installed on the southwest corner will replace the existing "volunteer plaza" and will serve as a focal point for the downtown. (DISTRICTS #1 & #4) 260351

  34. J. Cleaning Contract, Village Hall and Public Works Department Request for a waiver of bids and award of a contract to Advanced Cleaning Systems, Inc. This is for a three-year contract for FY2027 ($38,504.04), FY2028 ($39,429.24) and FY2029 ($40,382.04). Advanced Cleaning Systems, Inc. is the current provider of cleaning services for the Village and has offered to honor the Northern MPI contract. This contract is for cleaning services for Village Hall and the Public Works Department and will expire December 31, 2029. (DISTRICT #6) 260338
  35. K. Public Works, Streets/Electrical Department Break Room HVAC Request for a waiver of bids and award of a contract to Anchor Mechanical, Inc. in the amount of $23,428.81. This purchase and installation is for a new ductless mini-split HVAC system. (DISTRICT #6) 260350

  37. L. Sidewalk and Curb Improvement Program Request for a waiver of bids and award of a contract to Globe Construction, Inc. in the amount of $50,000.00. This contract acts as a second contract to the contractor. The second contract enables us to handle the increased number of reported trip hazards that Public Works has been notified of this year, as well as concrete utility restorations and 5/0/50 sidewalk replacement applications.
