Downtown Gateway Project Award of a contract to Landmark Contractors, Inc., the lowest responsible bidder of four (4) bids received, in an amount not to exceed $318,000.00. The Village developed a bid document that sought pricing for each portion of the project (east and west side). This contract would be for the west side only at this time. The gateway elements to be installed on the southwest corner will replace the existing "volunteer plaza" and will serve as a focal point for the downtown. (DISTRICTS #1 & #4)
