BOT 26-01: Public Hearing and Consideration of an Annexation Agreement The owner of a single-family residence located at 19W040 22nd Street is requesting annexation to the Village to connect to the Village-owned water main in 22nd Street. The property is presently unincorporated. No redevelopment is planned on the property; this would be an as-is annexation. Pursuant to State Statues (65 ILCS 5/11-15.1-1 through 5/11-15.1-5), the Village is required to hold a public hearing prior to entering into an amended annexation agreement related to real property to be annexed to the Village.
