Village Equipment to be Declared Surplus Ordinance approving the request of departments to sell and/or dispose of surplus equipment as more specifically detailed in Exhibit "A" attached to the ordinance, as these items have extended beyond their useful life or are obsolete as follows: Police Department: seventy (70) Taser 7 devices; seventy (70) Taser 7 holsters; four-hundred-sixty-two (462) Taser 7 duty, training and inert cartridges; six (6) office chairs (broken); Taser items to be returned to vendor for destruction as they are no longer funtional/chairs to be destroyed as they are broken and not functional; IT Department: one (1) metal four-drawer file cabinet.
