Real Estate and Asset Management, 25RFP042925K-JA, Jail Elevator Modernization and Maintenance Services in the total amount of $4,422,342.00 with TK Elevator Corporation (Marietta, GA) to modernize the nine (9) elevator systems (3 hydraulic and 6 traction elevators), to provide preventative maintenance during the modernization project and includes one (1) year rolling warranty and maintenance period which will commence at the completion of each elevator at the Fulton County Jail located at 901 Rice Street, Atlanta, GA 30318. The initial term of contract for construction shall be Five Hundred and Sixty (560) calendar days from the issuance of the Notice of Proceed (NTP). The term of the contract to provide maintenance for each elevator modernized for a period of five (5) years following the warranty period. (APPROVED)
