Request approval to enter into a Subrecipient Agreement between Fulton County, Georgia and The Urban League of Greater Atlanta, Inc. in an amount not to exceed $1,200,000.00 to administer Fulton County’s Tenant Based Rental Assistance (TBRA) program; authorizing the Chairman to execute the Agreement and related documents; and authorizing the County Attorney to approve the Agreement and related documents as to form and make any necessary modifications thereto prior to execution.
