Request approval of a Resolution approving two Right of Access License Agreements between Fulton County, Georgia (Licensor) and Atlanta Downtown Improvement District, Inc. (Licensee) for Licensee’s use of county-owned property to complete planned roadway, streetscape, and sidewalk improvements; authorizing the Chairman to execute the License Agreements and any related documents; authorizing the County Attorney to approve the License Agreements and any related documents as to form and to make modifications thereto prior to execution; and for other purposes.
