Vehicle(s) involved: Maroon large dump truck parked on unapproved surface.) 59-1(b)(3) NPCC - Prohibited parking (Parking and storing construction equipment is prohibited without an active permit authorizing the work. Equipment involved: Large maroon colored construction dump truck unknown tag number and make and model vehicle parked in rear yard and is partially concealed with a vinyl fence.) 59-2 NPCC - Damage to the public right-of-way (Damage to the public right-of-way, not in compliance with standards. A white van was observed by Code Inspector driving across plastic drain liner on the City right-of-way. Further inspection of the liner revealed the liner was broken up and was damage. It was also noted that a large dump truck was parked in the rear of the residence and had to drive over the liner to park the dump truck.)
