Affirm the submission of the California Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) - Providing Access and Transforming Health Justice-Involved (PATH-JI) Reentry Initiative Capacity Building Program Grant - Round 4 application and expenditure plan; Affirm the acceptance of DHCS’ Round 4 award of $1,000,000 to support PATH-JI activities; Affirm the acceptance of $440,294 in unexpended Round 1 and Round 2 PATH-JI funds redistributed by DHCS and the Sheriff’s modified Round 3 expenditure plan; Delegate authority to the Sheriff to execute all necessary documents associated with PATH-JI Round 4 activities and any future amendments, pending County Counsel concurrence; Adopt a resolution amending the List of Numbers and Classification of Positions to add 1.0 FTE Accounting Clerk II in the Inmate Programming Division of the Sheriff’s Office and extend the Limited-Term Project Manager through June 30, 2028; Approve three contract amendments totaling $646,244 and extending contract terms for the implementation of CalAIM justice-involved initiatives; and Approve an Appropriation Transfer Request for $276,150 recognizing unanticipated grant revenue offset by grant related appropriations (4/5 vote required)
