Consider recommendations regarding approval of a Contract with Santa Maria Fairpark for the 2025 Veterans Stand Down, as follows: a) Approve for signature by the Chair of the Board a contract between the County of Santa Barbara and the Santa Maria Fairpark for the Santa Barbara County Veterans Stand Down on October 25, 2025; and b) Find that the proposed action consists of the normal operation of existing facilities for public gatherings for the purpose for which the facilities were designed, and is therefore exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act pursuant to 14 CCR 15322.
