Adopt a resolution authorizing: A) Waiving the Request for Proposals (RFP) process; and B) An agreement with Kofile Technologies, Inc. for the implementation of the AB 1466 Restrictive Covenant Modification Program, archive restoration, preservation and data conversion services, for the term of July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2025 in an amount not to exceed $1,500,000; and C) Authorizing the Assessor-County Clerk-Recorder or his designee to execute contract amendments and minor modifications not to exceed $25,000 (in aggregate) and/or modify the contract term and/or services within the current or revised fiscal provisions.
