Approve an Amendment with Stantec Consulting Services and to the Cooperative Agreement with the East San Gabriel Valley Watershed Management Group It is recommended that the City Council take the following actions: 1) Approve a one-year extension (Amendment No.5) from the original agreement approved in June 2020 with Stantec Consulting Services (Stantec) in an amount not to exceed $4,092,087 with an expiration date of Jun 30, 2026; 2) Approve Amendment No. 9 to the cooperative agreement with the cities of Claremont, La Verne, San Dimas and Pomona, collectively known as the East San Gabriel Valley Watershed Management Group; and 3) Authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 5 with Stantec approved by the city attorney, and Amendment No. 9 to the cooperative agreement on behalf of the City.
