2. Planning and Development Services – Approval – Final Acceptance and Authorization to Record the Notice of Completion for CIP 24-08 Armstrong Avenue Street Improvements for a Final Contract Cost of $1,104,179.77.
3. Planning and Development Services - Approval - Res. 26-__, A Resolution declaring a public purpose and acceptance for the acquisition of property from the California Department of Transportation in the vicinity of State Route 168 and Owens Mountain Parkway; and authorize the City Manager or designee to execute the Purchase Agreement and accept the Directors Deed from property owned by the State of California Department of Transportation.
4. Consider Approval — Change of Council Meeting Schedule.
5. Planning and Development Services – Approval – Final Acceptance and Authorization to Record the Notice of Completion for Final Map for Tract 6154, located at the northwest corner of Fowler Avenue and Teague Avenue (Woodside 06N, LP) and Release the Performance, Labor and Materials, and Maintenance Sureties as appropriate.
