Approve a Five-Year Sole Source Agreement with NJBSoft, LLC for the SAMS Water Software It is recommended that the City Council take the following actions: 1) Approve a five-year sole source professional services agreement with NJBSoft, LLC (NJBSoft) for the SAMS Water (SAMS) software in the total amount of $266,902; and, 2) Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to execute a five-year agreement with NJBSoft on behalf of the City and any subsequent documents or amendments, subject to approval as to form by the City Attorney.
