Approve an Amendment with Stantec Consulting Services and to the Cooperative Agreement with the East San Gabriel Valley Watershed Management Group It is recommended that the City Council take the following actions: 1) Approve Amendment No. 4 to an agreement with Stantec Consulting Services in an amount not to exceed $3,495,727 with an expiration date of June 30, 2025; and 2) Approve Amendment No. 8 to the cooperative agreement with the cities of Claremont, La Verne, San Dimas and Pomona, collectively known as the East San Gabriel Valley Watershed Management Group; and 3) Authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 4 with Stantec and Amendment No. 8 to the cooperative agreement on behalf of the City, subject to approval form the City Attorney.
