Approve and authorize Amendment No. 1 to Revenue Agreement No. 260107B with California Department of Public Health (Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children), to increase the contract maximum by $103,725 for a new contract maximum of $3,173,547 through September 30, 2028; replace Exhibit A to reflect increased participant monthly caseload requirements; and replace Exhibit B to reflect the increased allocation.
