a. Approve and authorize the Chief Contracts & Procurement Officer or their designee to execute an Agreement with GEO Reentry Services, LLC, to provide services to adult offenders participating in the Day Reporting Center for the period April 1, 2026 through March 31, 2031 and for a total not to exceed amount of $7,678,756; and b. Authorize the Chief Contracts & Procurement Officer or their designee to execute future amendments to the Agreement where the total amendments do not significantly change the scope of work, do not exceed 10% ($767,876) of the total Agreement amount and with approval from the Office of County Counsel.
