a. Approve and authorize the Contracts/Purchasing Officer or their designee to execute an Agreement with GEO Reentry Services, LLC, to coordinate, deliver and oversee in-custody programming and services with an evidence based, trauma informed care approach for secure track youth facility (STYF) youth for the Monterey County Probation Department to promote and support successful reentry of youth into community, for the term May 1, 2025 through April 30, 2030, not to exceed $2,642,006; and b. Authorize the Contracts/Purchasing Officer or their designee to execute future amendments to the Agreement where the total amendments do not exceed 10% ($264,200) of the Agreement amount and do not significantly change the scope of services, for a not to exceed maximum aggregate amount of $2,906,206.
