a. Approve and Authorize the Director of the Emergency Communications Department to sign no cost Volume Licensing Agreement V4697871 with Microsoft Corporation, Inc. for Software Assurance, effective when accepted by Microsoft Corporation, Inc. and continuing for a term of 36 months where payments for this product are made to 3rd party reseller eGroup Enabling Technologies, Inc. through a previously approved agreement; and b. Authorize the Director of the Emergency Communications Department to sign up to three amendments to this agreement where the amendments do not add any financial obligations, do not significantly change the scope of the provided services, and do not result in a total agreement term of greater than six years.
