RECOMMENDATION City Council – Adopt a motion: A. Ratifying the Emergency Declaration due to the water main breaking and needing emergency repair; and, B. Ratifying a Statement of Services Contract with Rolfe Construction, Inc. in the amount of $95,000 for an emergency water main repair; and, C. Approving a Contingency in the amount for $30,000 for unforeseen circumstances discovered during the water main repair; and, D. Authorizing the City Manager to sign necessary documents.
