This increase will be the final increase to close out the project. RECOMMENDATION City Council - Adopt a motion: A. Approving Change Order 5 with Rolfe Construction Inc. with an increase in contingency of $35,144.66 for a total contract contingency amount of $438,281.76, which is approximately 17.314% of the original contract amount; and, B. Authorizing the City Manager to execute the necessary documents; and, C. Authorizing the Finance Officer to make necessary budget adjustments.
