FISCAL IMPACT: The Behavioral Health Bridge Housing grant will be used for this agreement. There is no impact to the County general fund. ACTION REQUESTED: 1) Approve the amended agreement with ColWest Investments, LLC.; and 2) authorize the County Administrative Officer to execute the amended agreement.
