AGREEMENT BETWEEN LASSEN COUNTY, COLWEST INVESTMENTS, LLC, AND SIERRA DESERT PROPERTIES SUBJECT: Agreement Between Lassen County, ColWest Investments, LLC; and Sierra Desert Properties for the purpose of developing permanent supportive housing with the Homekey grant funds in the amount of $2,917,454.00 for the term of 15 years. FISCAL IMPACT: State funding grant will be used for the County responsibilities in this agreement. There is no impact to the County general fund. ACTION REQUESTED: 1) Approve the Agreement with Colwest Investments, LLC and Sierra Desert Properties; and 2) Authorize the County Administrative Officer to execute the agreement.
