FIRST AMENDMENT TO THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE SMITHWATERS GROUP AND LASSEN COUNTY SUBJECT: First Amendment to the Agreement between The Smithwaters Group and Lassen County Health and Social Services to raise the Maximum Contract Amount to $78,000 to provide Title IX patient Rights Advocacy Services. FISCAL IMPACT: There is no impact to the County General Fund. This Agreement will be paid from Fund/Budget Unit No. 110-0751 and is included in the 2024/2025 Fiscal Year budget. ACTION REQUESTED: 1) Approve the First Amendment to the Agreement with The Smithwaters Group.; and 2) authorize the County Administrative Officer or Designee to execute the Amendment.
