Eagle Scout Project Recognition – Staff will present a Certificate of Appreciation to Eagle Scout candidate, Brenden Bauer, in recognition of his project, which elevated the existing veterans’ memorial plaque from ground level to a raised cement pedestal, enhancing its visibility and prominence at the Pier Plaza site.
