Recommended Action: It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Accept the completed FY 2021-22 and 2025-26 Street Improvement Projects, Construction Order Nos. (C.O.) 7167 and 7177; 2. Authorize staff to record a Notice of Completion; and 3. Authorize the release of all withheld retention amounts no sooner than thirty (30) calendar days following the date of recordation.
