Approve and authorize the Chairman to execute a Fourth Amendment to the Agreement with Professional Asbestos Removal Corporation, d.b.a. PARC Environmental for asbestos and lead paint abatement, hazardous waste pickup and disposal, removal and disposal of debris associated with homelessness encampments and emergency response services, and Abatement Services on private properties, with no change to the term of February 25, 2020, through June 30, 2025, to increase the spending limit for the Department of Public Works and Planning by $75,000, increasing the total maximum compensation by $75,000 to a total of $2,675,000
