Health and Human Services Agency recommending the Board, acting as the Governing Board of the El Dorado County Public Housing Authority (PHA): 1) Adopt the PHA Five-Year Agency Plan, which covers the period of 2026-2030; 2) Approve and authorize the Chair to sign the HUD-50077-SL (attachment B), certifying that this PHA Plan is consistent with the State’s Consolidated Plan; and 3) Approve and authorize the PHA Five-Year Agency Plan (Consisting of forms HUD-50075-5Y and HUD-50077-SL) to be submitted to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
